We are hiring: Public Works Contracts & Litigation External Associate

Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners LLP, a leading Greek law firm, is currently seeking an external associate who would like to join its dynamic and highly motivating legal practice in Athens.

In your role, you will increase your ability to provide legal solutions and acquire high quality experience on public works and on relevant litigation.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Your role as an external associate will focus on:

– Working on public works contract documents and resolving legal issues arising during the execution of public contracts;
– Assisting on litigation matters relating to public works contracts;
– Collaborating with the Firm’s associates and client teams.

To qualify as a candidate, you must also have:

Your Qualifications

– Qualification as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece;
– 7-10 years of experience in public works’ contracts (especially at the state of execution);
– Previous experience in litigation relating to public works contracts will be appreciated.

– Excellent oral and written communication skills;
– Good analytical, negotiating and drafting skills;
– Organized and flexible;
– Interpersonal skills;
– Ability to work effectively within a team.
